Dry, annoying cough that hurts to cough, and chest hurts. No fever, no coughing up blood, and no trouble breathing when resting. Over-the-counter cough medicine eases it a little, but the cough returns when the medicine wears off. It's affecting day-to-day life — not sleeping, not able to do as much as normal, and people are avoiding you.

Red, raised, dry, and itchy skin outbreak affecting hands, shoulders, and face. No fever, oozing, or pus. The rash is spreading from hands to face. Nothing makes it better, and it continues to get worse. It is constantly itchy, making it difficult to go outside due to its location on the face.

No recent head injury or trauma. Associated symptoms include insomnia and occasional blurred vision after prolonged screen use, but no weakness, numbness, nausea, or vomiting.
