The Effective Call Hour

You only pay when Jackie finishes the job.

Jackie is billed by the minute, but only on calls where she actually delivers — collecting the triaging information, booking the appointment, completing the admin task. If a patient asks to be put through to the practice, or hangs up before Jackie completes her work, that call is free. The pricing is self-aligning: we earn when your team gets time back.

You pay for

  • Triaging information collected and written into structured notes
  • Calls Jackie escalates on safety indicators
  • Appointments booked into your system
  • Admin tasks completed end-to-end (Med3, results, repeat scripts)

You don't pay for

  • Calls forwarded to the practice at the patient's request
  • Calls where the patient hangs up before Jackie finishes
